“When our 13 year-old acrylic dome skylight started leaking during a rainstorm we were pretty worried as first-time house owners. Jeff got back to us before anyone else, and put us at ease by putting in a temporary fix very quickly while we discussed a replacement. On the phone and in person Jeff was very professional and clear in his explanations. We particularly appreciated that he didn't try to sell us solutions that we didn't need.
